😂😂😂 my parents were first generation Italian! . We started our day with coffee milk, bacon and eggs because my family thought it was healthy. My mother would never allow cereal in our house! American thing😂. We had a wheel of parm and Romano cheese in our pantry. Our house smelled like an Italian grocery store. Love listening to your story. Reminds me of home. On Sunday morning we would have a bowl of suga, gravy and a meatball with homemade bread. What times. We go back and visit cousins every couple of years.

Very inspiring story. I love that you listened to that insurance salesman from the Bronx. Please interview Samantha Salmon. She promotes fasting & a raw food diet which have healed her & her mother.

I fasted for 2 weeks at Dr. Scott's in Ohio back in the early 90's. He was such a great doctor.

Congratulations Dr Sabatino on your 100th show! You’re doing wonderful work getting the message out there especially for the animals and our planet because what we eat matters for all these reasons and for the collective energy we put out into the universe. Australian Italian here!!! So I grow up in an Italian household too!! But my compassion for animals made me move away from these traditions in my teens 🙏💙🙏💙 and so glad you interviewed yourself and thanked yourself !! 😀👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Outstanding interview! You are one of our favorite plant based doctors, and we are truly grateful for your existence. We must start respecting and connecting with all forms of life if we ever want to experience the blessed and genuine inner peace. By choosing what we eat…it is great way to start!

I so appreciate your work and how you espouse and embody ahimsa. It seems like in the plant-based world, it's sort of acceptable to discuss environmental impacts, but mostly taboo to discuss compassion for other living beings. I am thankful that you cover all aspects, not just personal health. ❤

i think it is very very important to not fall into the 'trap' of compromise just to make 'stuff' more acceptable...the natural hygiene movement and the pioneers of the movement started in the 1800's...the late 1800's into the early 1900's brought the american natural hygiene society...yes, herbert shelton was instrumental in growing it's message...the american natural hygiene press purpose was to educate the public on the building stones of what was and is natural hygiene...these concepts are more than 'just' diet...with the death of herbert shelton in the late 1900's natural hygiene became more fractured and simply held together by certain practitioners ...the national health association took over the direction in the early 2000's...however, certain concepts of natural hygiene are being discarded in order to make natural hygiene more 'acceptable'...we must not compromise concepts of natural hygiene in pursuit of numbers...natural hygiene in it's simplicity works but it must not be fractured!!!
