Casting to something you can actually see is always the most fun. I've got another summer shallow water scenario for you. Top of a chain lake after heavy rain. If there's a lot of current flowing the fish that normally sit in the main channel will come up onto cover in the flats where the water is slack. That's what I've been getting on lately in NC. Shallow stump fields have been good when the water is really pumping. I'm talking 1-3ft. Thanks for the great video brother!

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

For 60 YEARS, I've been fishing a "pig N jig" for spring through summer bass. I occasionally work a frog or plastic worm but pig n jig is my most reliable "go to" bait. I've caught more 10lbs+ bass than any man I've known, my largest being 17lbs5oz. Fall comes in with top water baits. My go to's there are a hand full of old "hula poppers" and "Bagley's BangOlures". Most of these are 40 to 45 years old, some have been repainted a few times, undergone repairs, but ALL are still highly productive and I've come to realize.... The more YOU believe in it, the more bass YOU WILL CATCH and NO LURE *EVER* WORKS ON A DRY LINE ! 😂👍

One tip i heard flipping from an elite pro (Tyler Rivet?) is to use Tpegs instead of bobber stops because the big weight slides up then when it slides back down it knocks the hook loose the same way a lure retriever works 🤷
