Incredibly well explained. Thank you so much for this. I needed to be reminded. Felt stuck for so long now, waiting for some idea to pop into my mind to be an 'ah ha' moment and my life is suddenly turned around. Waiting for something to happen that makes me understand everything and just live my life with love and acceptance. It never comes, that moment. I've had glimpses, I get it, I understand, I just keep forgetting. It's like I don't want to take part in the world any more in the way I knew before. I don't know what I'm "supposed " to be doing. I watched another of your videos from the “Awakening Community with Sunya,” where you mentioned that once you know, you can’t go back-there’s no way to unknow. Therefore, I was surprised when, in this video, you said that doubt never stops, it continues after the reveal. I find this contradictory. I've had two out of body experiences one of them and when the ambulance has about 10 years old after a car wreck I seen the ambulance going across the bridge I could see my cousins in the front of the ambulance working the lights because the ambulance driver was trying to keep them occupied and I didn't realize until recently that I was out of body there's no way I could have seen that on a backboard strapped down in the back of the ambulance. The other one was about nine years ago or 10 years ago after a suicide attempt I seen myself in the ER Or ICU but I seen it myself like as if I walked in the door like the doctor came in I can see all the beds and I could see me as one of them it was just that one Glimpse that's all I remember. I'm Not Dead in my Awakening this year it's taking me 55 years to start really Awakening and connect with my consciousness.

It is interesting that you make assumption that we already know who we truly are. E.g. that we are awareness, not our bodies etc. But that is just an assumption. All what you are explaining about awakening comes from the mind. It is all logic. From a logical point no problem and as a first step helpful. For me it is like explaining to a blind person what colors are or to explain to somebody how drugs make you feel. It is just impossible to know and feel until it happens. If your awakening wouldn’t have happened as it did, you words of explanation would not have helped you either. Awakening obviously just needs to happen or not. And that will define if you get what’s it all about or not. Anyway. 🤷🏻‍♂️
