Thank you great teaching 🙏 Speaks to me from where I am right now . My teacher on a meditation retreat put it well also …enlightenment is an accident all you can do is put yourself in the circumstances to be accident prone and just let go .

Sunya 🙏 One's Conscious is synonymous with *_Awareness._* Not to conceptualize the term "Awareness" (in mind), the Masters often use the phrase *_"that which perceives"_* , (which is) pointing to Awareness. *_Awareness_* is the underlying Cause of all perceptions. It is causeless ie it does not need another cause to cause it. It neither appears nor disappears, neither comes nor goes. It is creative & eternally ever-present. The "You" are Awareness - not Conscious. One's *_Awareness_* is a part-whole of the entire Universal Awareness of the whole Universe or Dharma Realm. Without which there is absolutely no consciousness thus no perceptions by body & mind at all. *_Awareness_* is the "aliveness" which is aware of all things including conscious, body & mind. However its nature is unknowable, inconceivable or unfindable. 😊🙏🙇‍♂️🌷

Sir when u tell one ness of everything, I still have not had that, just stillness, silence and the "is" ness, if thoughts/emotions arise, there is respect and observing of it, do I just stay with this sense of self/ awareness, till it goes away, i don't have any grand experiences

“Everything that comes and goes is not you”. How can that be true? Who is it then, if all there is, is consciousness? You are both form and formlessness, what changes and what doesn’t, which are not separate from each other . If something appears that is not you, we are back in duality.

Everything that appears to the observer IS the observer. The only thing you know about anything is your awareness of it. Awareness is the source of everything, the observer of everything and the substrate from which all arises. Nothing is separate to it. There is only it. And you are that. Not two.
