Dude, Lorenzo I’m so glad you touched on the similarities in surf film to hunt films. Not many other video outlets showing raw nature and adventure like these two. Growing up on surf films being from east coast then watching how hunt films have evolved into showing the beauty of the earth really puts a lot into perspective. 👍

Hey guys, just now catching up on my podcasts, was listing to the part about the older guys researching being like work. I know you guys have a lot of video tutorials of how to use different features, but maybe that could be an improvement. I know a lot of older folks that are still not super technology savvy, so maybe the "work" portion is just how to use the functions. To me and I'm sure thousands of others the layers make since and are super useful, but maybe there could be a learning section for all the layers so they aren't overwhelmed with all the info? if you have that already, my bad for not looking into it! Keep up the great work, we all appreciate the great information!

9:31 As a former Football player . Hunting is very much like the sport. You can go out there with god given talents and be able to run up a mountain and carry a 60lb pack 7 miles in elevation .. but if you haven’t studied (research) you might be walking 7 miles in the wrong direction I can go out and practice dives/ powers and counters all day .. but if the scheme calls for complex screens with different zone blocks and motions against this team ….well I’m useless Gotta find the fun in knowing you’re getting the edge on the next man

Some things are worth the extra weight in my opinion :) I know I'll continue to get poked at and made fun of for my decisions, but last I checked a weapon is what ultimately takes an animal. Certain things can be cut back on hunts, but others I'm not willing to sacrifice on as they ultimately don't lead to finding or taking an animal.

@@brady_j_miller not poking fun, obviously you know your own system, but you don’t think there’s a diminishing margin of returns on that rifle weight? Imagine a universe with the same rifle efficacy at 11 pounds (still heavy) but with coffee and a hot meal.
