I've personally seen his face so many times when watching PewDiePie, SomeOrdinaryGamers, and InternetAjay. All of which are my top channels to watch.
I'm not the only one who has seen Just Some Guy without A Mustache before. It's almost like he appears everywhere. Everyone notices him and calls it out. This man has the divine power of the gods and no one can stop him.
I've not yet seen any of the channels I've mentioned point this out yet but I bet they know about him too. (PewDiePie, SomeOrdinaryGamers, Penguinz0, Dhar Mann and InternetAjay)

My theory is that he's not a singular person but rather a large community of people who have access to the same channel. And the reason they *always* get hundreds or thousands of likes is because every time they comment on a video, every single person part of the community goes to like the comment on their personal accounts which makes the comment go higher up, allowing other people to see it and like it as well
