If I'm Higgins the only options I would consider outside of Cincinnati would be Buffalo and the Chargers due to their QB situations and team structure.

The big potential hesitation for Tee Higgens making a move to Pittsburgh is money. The Steelers are a might tight. But George Pickens will also want the bag, so either way it's gonna cost the Steelers some shekels. And if Higgens comes to Pittsburgh, I'd say 'Adios' George. The one thing in the draft that the Steelers do fairly well is draft receivers, and that's the way I'd like to see them go.
