Just did your shoulder videos and mobility and range of motion and pain thresholds increased exponentially. No disrespect intended sir but I followed your channel religiously. You inspired me and frankly helped me fix a lot of disfunction. Joining you in the CrossFit gym and learning from you sometimes was a real highlight for me. Dude what happened you don’t seem at all happy.
