I was the maintenance supervisor for 300 cabins in the mountains and woods for a company in TN. You wouldn't believe the creepy stuff I have seen and/or heard. There were a few around 100 years old, that would almost cause me a panic attack when I had to go to them. I would try to get those done while the sun was still out, did not want to go after sunset. My sister has that job and told me the same thing and there are cabins she only goes in with another worker, I had a girlfriend years ago worked at a hotel and there were 2 rooms they would not clean alone, Funny how that works when all the room are the same but 2 were scary. I rented a room and walked in got spooked for no reason and after an hour I went and asked for another room and they switched me no problem and said lot's of people don't like that room, Later that night I went out for a smoke and there was a car parked In front of that room and the guy was sleeping in the car lol

@@ImigrentfromMars I was the night manager/auditor for a hotel with a reputation for being haunted and I definitely experienced a few things. Most nights were pretty standard/boring, but every once in a while something would happen. Probably the most significant was a time I was there by myself and I heard something crash in the kitchen. I walk in and a heavy metal pan had fallen on the floor and hit so hard that it was dented. But the thing is, it's literally impossible for things to fall off of the sink counter because it had an edge that was about 6-8 inches tall. I even tested it to see if it could have happened by accident. So anyway, I got curious and used an SLS camera app I had on my phone to scan the entire kitchen area and it didn't pick anything up until I aimed at the corner right by the sink where the pan had fallen. It was like the figure was trying to hide from me. It was pretty neat.

It does make a better video but it’s also frustrating when a player knows what to do and is watching someone not so it, it makes them feel like they’re playing and unable to perform an action (helpless) (engagement). It’s also a horror game so add that frustration to helplessness and you get this type of response. TL;DR this reaction is normal.

This one has the best concept so far as far as I'm concerned. Since they're cabins meant to be sold to different places, things are allowed to be different but as long as there's no actual supernatural activity, it's all clear. It keeps you on edge without making it a simple game of spot the difference, and then the lore that they've worked into it, while it's a simple story in itself, the way the game engages it is so cool. It makes it so that you have to judge for yourself what is supernatural activity and what's just your own trauma coming out while you're doing the job. Great concept.

I wonder if this is kinda like a precursor to the original story of Hansel and Gretel? The original story was about the two children being abandon to the woods and found by an old witch. The story is fiction, but it comes from real stories of parents abandoning their kids due to famine. But perhaps the twist in this story is that the kids weren't abandoned to the woods, they were starved so they burned their parents alive leaving them in the woods. Creepy but cool. My interpretation ofthe "story" is that Greta was the young girl in the cabin who, along with her bother, were clearly being abused by their parents and they were the ones who set the cabin on fire to kill their parents. Then years later she is recruited into a company who have manufactured cabins based on this story because she knows every detail of what happened, and therefore she knows he difference between the truth/reality and when a cabin is haunted. The ending reveal with the cupboard leading to the cabin is a reference to Greta's PTSD and the fact that she is still dealing with this trauma but is able to shut it out and keep on with her life. Just my 2c.

I KNEW IT!!!! The frog's the deadliest thing we've ever seen 🤣. 2nd round where you got it wrong was hard to tell because you went pretty fast but a couple of them are very hard to detect, like the hand under the bed one you have to be looking down at it to see it appear and later on it was the frog shrinking/growing as it happens really slowly. Thanks for that mental image of the EWWWWW face. It's all I will see now when you do that in videos. Also tossing it in that my favorite apples like those are Fuji. Happy Holidays.

Was it Vladd from the outer middle show? I watched him rush through too but he literally does that in almost all games he plays. He claims ifs because of his ADHD

@robdurfee6861 nah it was a German female gamer. She also didn't finish the game 🤷🏼‍♀️ she only did the first 8 danger things and ended it with the "first ending" 🥲

This one is definitely one of the better anomaly games I've seen. While I see the appeal of "spot the difference" games, I find these types really boring. I don't mind this one though. Even though it's the type that loops around it's just different enough to add something special to an otherwise mind-numbing genre. Plus it does pretty well in telling the story behind it, even if it is just Hansel and Gretel lol.
