INGREDIENTS:
✔️ 180g carrots.
✔️ 125g flour (I used 25g rolled oats, 50g corn flour and 50g rice flour).
✔️ 50g raisins.
✔️ 50g walnuts.
✔️ 50 g coconut blossom sugar.
✔️ 50g coconut oil.
✔️ 1 teaspoon baking soda.
✔️ 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 313.95 kcal.
Protein - 4.41g.
fat - 16.73 g.
Carbohydrate - 37.46 g.
