Today I'm using Magical Leaf Victreebel, the new Community Day Pokemon in Pokemon GO! Magical Leaf gives amazing energy gain while also having decent damage in GO Battle League. I created the core of Dewgong and Victreebel while having a Close Combat Annihilape Safe Swap for the Great League!

Aba would be like flyer/counter user/flyer ABB would be like Counter User/Flyer/Flyer.. but in this case Vic and Ape aren’t exactly the same but have some of the same resistances but the ape safe swap is used to draw out any potential flyers so that Vic can avoid it in the back!

Both weak to flying, which dewgone does well against. Annihilape safe swap baits out the flyer 9/10 times and lets victreebel sweep (ABB 🤝)

Honestly I don’t think they matter as much in the lower leagues BUT they are definitely nice to have. I love winning mirrors due to better ivs :)
