It is delicate with a rich, creamy chocolate flavor while being moderately sweet.
Video recipe how to make zebra cake.
► Recipe and ingredients:
2 eggs
Pinch of salt, 70 g sugar
20 g vegetable oil
30 ml milk
10 g honey
65 g flour
10 g cocoa
Shape 22 cm
Bake for 20 minutes at 170°C
Let the cake cool and cut off the edges
500 g sour cream
300 g condensed milk
25 g gelatine, 120 ml milk
Let stand for 5 minutes
50 g cocoa, 150-170 ml boiling water
200 ml cream (33-36%)
Melt the swollen gelatine
Divide into approx. 2 parts
Add one part cocoa
Pour the white and chocolate layers alternately onto one spot
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
It is very nice and delicious!
