250 g puff pastry.
22 cm / 8.5 inch shape.
Bake at 180 °C / 355 °F for 15-18 minutes.
500 g peaches in syrup.
60g sugar.
15 g corn starch.
120 ml / 4 fl oz water.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
250 g puff pastry.
Water.
2 teaspoons of sugar.
Bake at 180 °C / 355 °F for 15-18 minutes.
500 g Greek yoghurt.
200 ml / 6.7 fl oz cream.
200 g condensed milk.
10 g / 0.35 oz agar agar.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Allow to cool for 8-10 minutes until it begins to thicken.
Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar for decoration.

Just a quick note. I've made this cake and it is sooo delicious. I had problems with getting the crumbs to stick so the next time I ran the pastry in the food processor until they were very fine, and they covered the sid better. Danke schon!
