(02:38 - 04:42): Self-reflection helps identify triggers for anger and encourages thoughtful responses. Mindfulness allows individuals to observe emotions without judgment, creating space between feeling and reaction, thus enabling calmer and wiser responses.

It's how you deal with in. You could give away your power to your anger or learn to harness it. Not everything is a personal attack on you. Its a reflection of the other person's limitations.

Anger is like water. Not only does it seek its own level it may drown, flood or soothe and nurture when it grows calm again. My anger wounds my spirit. It simmers from the fires of resentment. Then I reflect. Ebb and Flow.

None of these ideas will ever help people in poverty and struggling with bipolar disorder. I've tried it, and it just made me angrier than ever. The problem is accepting things as they are just keeps you in a perpetual life of misery. You need to change your circumstances and reject how things in order for things to change.

How can Hulk be an Avenger and fight evil if he doesn't get angry?
@Divvision-i5w5 ай бұрын
Not getting angry doesn't mean accommodate evil. You still need to take appropriate action not from a place of anger but from a place of love and duty.
@supersquirrel75465 ай бұрын
@Divvision-i5w Maybe. But without anger and rage, Hulk is useless and easily defeated. All I'm saying is anger is a human emotion and built-in tool that can be useful in some of life's challenges and situations. Just as love has it's place and usefulness, so does anger. Besides, a person would have to be 100% Buddhist monk to be able to control anger as suggested. If it were an easy task, this entire world would be Buddhist monks. Life itself will never ever permit ALL of US to be monks. It's a mathematical impossibility.

@@supersquirrel7546Every human has a choice to grow into whatever he chooses. Those are tools given to you if you want walk up to enlightenment. It is possible for all human beings to follow this path but not everyone is interested nor is willing to put in the work. Bouddhism is not the only path. First ask yourself what are you seeking?
