For smartphone users, many anti-glare screen protectors and free apps are available for reducing eye strain. If you're using a pc, screen should be positioned at a distance of 20 to 24 inches from your eyes. Remember to clean your screen regularly and always adjust screen brightness. Blinking often keeps your eyes moist and reduces dryness and irritation. Many forms of disorders and defects associated with the eyes can be cured by the practice of some hatha yoga exercises. However those with major eye problems must consult an eye specialist before practicing yoga methods. Reading on screen will not cause any health issue if it is once in a week or month and that too for few minutes considering the above precautions.

I think the concept of God, turns people away, this word is overused and wrongly misenterpret, not only people are weak, but the light is not at it´s strenght too. Concept of god has to be reinvented and explained to simple minded people as something more complex than a ruler that we haven´t seen :)

I request this channel to clarify my doubts on Consciousness by uploading a special video on Consciousness.. Here are my comments on that lecture* .. 1) *How can you PROVE that Consciousness or Brhmman is everywhere? Can't it be Myth and just your IMAGINATION* ..?? . 2) *As per me, There is Nothing like Brhmman(Supreme Consciousness,) and Soul(Consciousness).. These are all Imaginary Concepts created by Unrealistic, Unscientific and Immature Human Minds in the very beginning of Mankind..And Since then, Everyone is BLINDLY following these Concepts without Realizing them, Experiencing them..It's the IMAGINATION of Mankind.And Imagination is not based on Reality, has No Proofs & Logic. because it is not Universal and not experienced by Everyone While Truth is Universal and based on Reality,Has Proofs & Logic.Actually, God didn't create Mankind while Mankind created th God(Supreme Consciousness) and Soul(Consciousness)..Consciousness is a Man Made CONCEPT. In other words, Consciousness is not Discovery of Mankind while its INVENTION of Mankind..Thanks* 🙏 . 3) *Consciousness is a Product of Brain.If Brain's Physiology is disturbed, in such case Consciousness too is altered.. For example,If one Consumes Alcohol, His Consciousness Level is affected.If one Sleeps then also His consciousness is affected. If one is fainted then His Consciousness is lost.. If Mind is present in above mentioned all examples then why Consciousness is affected differently and Not experienced by Mind In Comatose condition?Where is Consciousness in Unconscious Condition? It's Clear that Consciousness is dependent on Brain Physiology and a Product of Brain Physiology.. Example of Light & Hand given by Swami ji is Imaginary and doesn't suit in Reality* .. . 4) *I am not at all satisfied with your Irrelevant Replies and Ridiculous Explanation.. If there had been Universal Consciousness and Self Consciousness then it would have been experienced by the Great Yogis like Lord Buddha and Mahavir. But they didn't experience anything like this and became ATHEIST at last... I am amazed to see why you people are BLINDLY accepting this Concept of Consciousness without having experienced it.. It could Not been experienced by Anyone because it doesn't exist.. Else would have been experienced by Lord Buddha and Mahavir..Actually, It is just an IMAGINATION of Unrealistic and Immature Human Minds* .. 🆗? . 5) *Whole parts of Brain work synergistically to CREATE CONSCIOUSNESS just like th TV📺 parts work together TO CREATE PICTURES ON SCREEN.. Our Consciousness is nothing more than that PRODUCED PICTURES on the Screen* ...🆗? *When you consume Alcohol, your Consciousness is affected because Normal FUNCTIONING of Brain is disturbed by Alcohol so th CONSCIOUSNESS,Just like when FUNCTIONING of TV📺 parts are affected and PICTURES ON TV SCREEN (Resembling to Consciousness) are disturbed* .. 🆗? *Hopefully, you got my point* ..!!! 🙏 . 6) *I am asking everyone to let me know the ''WAY to realize the Brhmman, Chaitanya or Consciousness''..If you say it to be Meditation then you are Wrong.. Because YOGIS like Lord Buddha and Mahavir didn't realize GOD(Supreme Consciousness) and Soul(Consciousness) through Meditation and Lastly they became Atheist ..!! It means Meditation isn't the WAY to realize th God(Supreme Consciousness) and Soul(Self Consciousness).. If Meditation is not the way then WHO and HOW Discovered th Soul(Self Consciousness) and God(Supreme Consciousness) ? I appeal everyone to reply me and that too in a Logical way..!!
