update: I ALMOST SHIFTED WITH THIS. LIKE DEADASS. dude i was meditating for a little bit, i listened to your other shifting subliminal (the one with lofi beats bc that one always gives me good dreams and stuff about my DR) about an hour before meditating to this. so, yeah, i took a bit of time to meditate to this. i imagined myself as my DR self, and i imagined the feeling of my hair (since it is very long in my DR) pressing on my back. i imagined myself completely as my DR self, and "shifted" all of my worries and thoughts from my OR away, fully becoming my DR self for a good minute. so about 20 minutes in(i think?) i said to myself "my intention is to shift to my desired reality" and i INSTANTLY fucking felt extremely vibrational. i felt like all of my atoms in my being were being rearranged into my desired self, i felt everything changing and i felt taller, i felt like my desired self. i heard people breathing in my DR and a tiny bit of talking, and i saw flashing lights and felt like it engulfed me. that went on for a few minutes, and then the vibrations went away. i repeatedly gave myself further pushes to shift by ridding of all worries that my OR self would've had and just completely aligning with my DR self. i got a bit uncomfortable in the position i was in though, and then the subliminal ended and then i opened my eyes. everything was blurry, but i KNOW i was there for even at least a second. i know i'm still there. i feel like my subconscious and consciousness has fully shifted to my desired reality, it's just that the 3D has to catch up a bit. holy fucking shit, i love this subliminal & i'm going to try to use it again tonight. yooooooo

do as you please!! this might sound confusing but falling asleep is also a way of attempting to shift, it just depends if you wake up in your desired reality or your current reality. so either way, you will be attempting to shift to your desired reality. i recommend either way, just do whatever you think fits you the best.

affirmations are placed into the audio but you cannot hear them because either they are sped up or set to a low volume by the creator themselves. they are already in the audio, so if you download it, the effect will work the same way it does while listening on youtube. however, it also depends on your doubts and negativity. if you manage to trick yourself into thinking that you will not shift using this subliminal, then it wont. it really depends on your subconcious mind and how you control it.
