I’ve recently had a smear campaign against me. It involved family members and friends I didn’t defend myself but went into hermit mode and dissociate myself from them. I stopped visiting them and when I got phone calls from them I pretended that I was busy. Whenever they came round to the house I would find something to do to ovoid their conversation with other family members which they end up talking about another family member. It is so sickening to pass by and hear these remarks and I know that’s how they would speak about me. They have often commented on me being quiet and I could see it makes them nervous. Nice video Denzo , it’s makes me so happy that I got someone to share my thoughts with and that we think the same way. Give everlasting thanks to the almighty, my spiritual team and my ancestors of divinity, love and righteousness. He did this before and then right after I got out of hospital. After I'd almost killed myself, due to his cruelty and abuse. He let the mask slip with the hospital, he never came in or called, they saw straight through him, but my adult kids, family and some friends have avoided me, because of him. I have a great support network and my life is so much better without him. 17 mths out, 7mths full no contact. I can do without all the ones who believed him.

He was diagnosed by a mental health professional as being a Narcissist. For years I put up with slander and defamation as he avoided accountability. He is so delusional he believes his own lies and I watched him successfully lie to cops, count officials,,etc. I found the strength to leave after 15 yrs and he is now receiving karma while I am continuously blessed by the Almighty ✌🏼💖✨

The problem I see is that even though I’m authentic and the narcissist is clearly seen now those individuals that were told the lies STILL want to see me that way even though it’s evidently clear it’s false. It’s easier for them to accept the lies about me than to believe they were fooled by and wrong about the persona of the narcissist. The mask is off still they struggle maybe out of pride or protection to accept this person was completely an illusion.

I have found it helpful to separate my caring for them as a loved one or friend vs. leaving their thoughts up to them even if they are false/wrong. If I get entangled with trying to 'correct' their thoughts it creates more of a mess and more 'karma' to try to clean up. As Denzo says, it's best not to try to defend yourself in the 3D to such ppl! Stay sovereign as much as you can so you are not affected by their falsehoods. 💐

So last year I didn't react out of necessity, I didn't defend myself, but told others how much I enjoyed it with him, no fights, but good cooperation (even though I noticed devaluations and stonewalling), that it was a great adventure and that we had fun. But after the disgard I was terrified in a strange country and in a strange house without friends or family, he was my only friend. Yet, after that the fog disappeared and I could come back to my own thoughts. I knew that what he said about me was ridiculous, because there was nothing to notice about me. Nothing happened without his consent and I only respected him. Now he has lost me. And the characters who go along with it show that they prefer to start from negative, even enjoy it and are therefore pre-programmed morons with no humanity. All in all, this world of false identity is terribly emotionally poor.
