Well I can share a sample of what could go wrong. The door handles don’t always pop out making it difficult to gain entry to the car. The mobile app also doesn’t allow you to lock or unlock the doors, or remote start the vehicle. We have owned the car for about 5 weeks now and it’s been at the dealer for 4 of those 5 weeks. Our dealer has been great. Infiniti not so much. Engineering has been trying to fix all the bugs and glitches since the first week we have owned the car. Now we are waiting on a control board which is on back order. Having owned other luxury cars, Infiniti is not on par with other luxury brands and in particular their approach to how to service a customer is severely lacking.

@@RonCox-f1r and so our saga continues. We're now on week 6 with owning the car. 5 of the 6 weeks the car has been at the dealer. We've been in a loaner. The loaner has an issue with the left rear tire. We've had it checked for a nail, nothing there. We called Infinity who dispatched AAA. They showed and were of no help. The tow truck driver said he had no idea how to change a spare on this car and told us everything is closed today. Infiniti has been less than helpful too. They do a horrible job with addressing customer matters. We're now going to just tow the loaner to the dealer. It's time to get out of this car and this brand for us.

I drive a 2025 QX80 me personally i don't like that twin turbo V6 will not be reliable those turbos are very expensive when they go out wish it kept the V8

Overpromised and undelivered. Always Infiniti. And why is gauge cluster backwards? Mph should be on right not left lol. This is not a lexus. Many problems to come to light for sure

I agree, but they were trying to be different. Every car nowadays has the single LED in the back. They even put it on the Patrol so they just did it to distinguish it from other SUV's.
