Instead of museum, it should be a giant gorgeous greenhouse with every plant type. Where sims can come and harvest for their own garden. Maybe a wedding venue site and a small kitchen/barbecue area!

Yes!! I have never thought of that idea and it is amazing. I’m definitely going to build one when I find the time. It would be so useful for sims - especially in the starter houses Kayla is building - as it can reduce the cost for the recipes and save money.

I can only afford the base game, super fun still, but it's great for someone to prove how much you can do without any DLC because sometimes I find myself wanting for more... but I can't afford that expansion pack. Of course I believe she makes both types like she has plenty of videos where she decorates with just abt all items in the game but I prefer this type.

Thank you for adding captions, my hearing isn’t the best, and I really appreciate these over the auto generated ones which can be laughably bad lol, so many times people don’t add captions and it really annoys me. My sister was playing in one of the starter homes for newcrest simsie built, and it was without a fire alarm, and she burnt the house down, killed her sim, put the sim back by getting it back from the gallery, and proceeded to make another fire 💀. At that point she just teleported her sim away lol. All funny things aside, i really like what youre doing with newcrest and the houses are really amazing! (Aside from no fire alarm lmao.) Thank you for doing this!

My sims live in Affluista Mansion, and I've expanded it. It has four kitchens, none of which have more than 2 cabinets other than with a sink or microwave or coffee maker on top. With two, there's room to cook and two sims can cook together. Beyond that is just for show.

The problem of big lots and big houses is how long it takes your Sims go from one part of the house to another or to just leave the lot. Your Sim can be flashing that they're late for work/school even if they stopped what they were doing and headed out right on time.

Love the houses, In Australia we have a lot houses like that but they make up whole neighbourhoods, they were made by the Government to provide housing to the WW1 and WW2 soldiers and thier family so life would be easier when they came back. Love your builds
