I like this one! It's not a "small cottage house" but really very spacious with all the amenities that I would look for. You didn't miss anything! It also appears to have a large attic space that could be developed into one or two more bedrooms or a secondary living area/media room. The bedroom hallway could be reworked to accommodate a stairway. Well done!

Very well thought out floor plan. Open concept is great! The sun room being a bonus would be perfect for early spring garden preps if it’s heated. External dryer venting and Master suite bed positioning would be my only concern in this home but I like it VERY much.

В целом неплохо. Кухня маловата, но можно увеличить длину острова. И sun porch я бы продлила за каминную трубу. Была бы хорошая веранда
