Everyone should take note of the proper baking techniques used here: 1) Folding in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture before adding the Oreo's means you won't deflated the air in the whipped cream. Your top layer won't collapse. 2) Melting chocolate with hot cream instead of using a double boiler means you will not burn your chocolate or have it seize up with water droplets. 3) Sift, sift, sift. It aerates your cake to make it lighter. 4) Using oil instead of butter means you can keep your cake in the fridge and it won't be hard when cutting. Everyone should follow #BakingCherry and learn how to achieve success when making a recipe for the first time.
