If you are very new to programming. Python can be a good choice because learning curve for python is easy when compared to others and due to rise in AI application, Python usage is also increasing. While learning python try to focus on programming concepts rather than just syntax which will help you to switch programming language in future.

Automation will help you in this a lot. Try to learn UI + API Automation and there will be good chances to get 10LPA package.
