Wow, what a surprise to see your visit to Howard’s Museum. We went across Canada with the Canadian Coasters Tour in 2017, and Howard was one of the coasters. We were 104 antique vehicles. Most of us including Howard were campers and about 15 were hotel, motelers. We didn’t visit Howard’s museum on the tour. The highlight of Alberta was the Calgary stampede. In 2018 ,Howard planned a reunion for us in Leduc. We ( New Brunswickers ) didn’t get to go. Thank you for taking us to his museum! We were on the road less travelled for 90 days travelling from Victoria BC to St. John’s NL. Trip of a lifetime! There were cars from every province except Manitoba.

Alexander, Back in the day I had a vinyl album demonstrating the latest and greatest stereo effects. One featured the sound of Henry Ford tinkering with some vehicle. Your hear his Mother's voice saying" Henry, what is all that noise?", and His reply was , "Mother, I'm a failure, it doesn't sew a stitch!". Look how far we've come with these Rolls and Bentleys, but they don't sew a stitch, either:) Cheers, Rik Spector A truly happy and healthy New Year to you and the family!!!

Curiosity Inc, had an idea: Arrange with the auction house for you to offer gift certificates to their auctions to those who are in your channel. Example: Tell viewers that whomever would like a gift certificate to put a certain word or phrase in comment (this would eliminate those that dont want to participate) then set up a random generator that you will spin once a week or 2x a month. Then the winner will send you an email to claim. I've seen this done on Craig's List Hunter's channel & it adds a sense of participating for viewers in the channel.

At 7:15 or so, look up at the rear of the chauffer's compartment. His roof section slides in/out of a compartment operated by hand, not easily! Two arms swing out to cover the top of the side door windows. One can see the little round pull/push knob that opens that space.

Beautiful cars and I enjoyed hearing some history! Alex, you'd be flabbergasted by the Nethercutt Collection/Museum in Sylmar, CA! The "Nethercutt Collection" is a 4 story building (including basement) that includes two floors of immaculate looking historical vehicles, and the upper floors have automatons and mechanical musical instruments. Everything in the collection is functional/running, and the tour guide demonstrates most of the instruments. The "Nethercutt Museum" is just across the road from the collection and contains even more amazing vehicles. If you're ever in So Cal, it's a must see for a car guy and musician like yourself. Tours are free but you do have to reserve a spot in one via their website.

Figured it was edited for the McQueen Kightyear mix up. But can understand why. Oh iirc turning the hood ornament unlocked the hood on some Rolls. The Triumph Mayflower also sloped towards the rear. To imitate the Rolls design

4:23, that boat tail, the rear, stern would be bowed not angled, shaped lile that it's actually the bow, which is the front
@GuyWithTheDogs Жыл бұрын
I'm not sure what point you're trying to make, but the vehicle in this video is an automobile, and when an automobile has a rear end that tapers to a point or a cone, it's called a "boat tail vehicle."
@stevek6432 Жыл бұрын
@@GuyWithTheDogs so it's called a boat tail even though it's not the shape of a boat tail, that is bowed, not pointed, the pointed bit of a boat is the stern which is at the front
@GuyWithTheDogs Жыл бұрын
@@stevek6432 @steve k Perhaps you should watch the video again. No boats were involved. You're looking at the tail of a CAR, not a boat. That's the point. If you still don't get it, I can't be of anymore help.
@stevek6432 Жыл бұрын
i know it's a car, i just assumed a boat tail would look like an actual boat 'tail'. just how im interpreting it

@WellISaidIt Жыл бұрын
Yeah, like he has nothing better to do, though by your comment it looks like nor do you.
@GuyWithTheDogs Жыл бұрын
How is that possible, Jim?? Did you think this through...or is your post snark for snark's sake? The people who saw the original may not watch again...so their views are lost on both videos, just as all of the views on the first run are lost. So after losing the views of people who won't watch twice, the second upload gets fewer views than it would have if it were the only version. I fail to see the benefit that you claim.
