I Love Steve Kompela,he is very good with words, especially on motivational perspective...but on couching point of view, I doubt his ability especially on the team like Sundowns and the standard of reputation that they created over past 7yrs. I think Rhulani was much better than Steve but he is not going to be a head couch anyway,he can still add value on the team but not as a Head couch...
