I have lived in Oxnard since 1994!! I love it!! Scary dairy in Camarillo is super haunted!! The old St. Johns hospital, now turned into senior living ..It is sooo haunted😮😮😮!!

My hometown! If its scary you are after, Nyland Acres and El Rio have crazy things!! The house i grew up in, and our neighbors house had constant activity. Cars rolled on their own, voices, things moved around... the usual spooky things. I actually dont know anyone who grew up there that doesn't have a story of their own to tell. Have you looked into the Ventura Courthouse? Or the shops on Main Street? I had the advantage as a child of knowing some of the shopkeeps, and have heard some cool things from them as i tagged along with my dad on his visits.

Oh my gosh! 3 of my siblings were born at that hospital and my stepdad received cancer treatment there. I remember going there when I was little to visit him. As a teenager my youth group went there to visit a teen that had a tragic accident, but survived. Doesn’t surprise me if it’s haunted! I live in Camarillo and definitely CSUCI is haunted. It gives off creepy vibes especially the buildings that aren’t new.

I hope your step-dad is ok. One of our friends was just in the hospital and he woke up to a ghost dr. looking at him over his bed. He said he had a lot of stories to share when he gets out.

ive seen the nun in broad daylight walking!! …..during the construction of the remodeling of the building there was an empty lot where it was fenced for security reasons alot of brush and uneven terrain ..the i saw the nun walking through the lot..i was thinking why is a nun walking throught a gated lot? there was no exit! she seemed to be walking towards the convent on G st..but that side had no exit! then I lost sight of where she went….
