I live very near the Olustee Battlefield but of course no Relic Hunting is permitted there.I live on part of what is supposed to be the site where Confederate Troops camped on their way to Olustee from Jacksonville so maybe between my neighbor and I we will find something from their stay. We are both new to the hobby and I purchased a TEKNETICS T2+ and he purchased an GARRETT AT MAX so we both have great Detectors I think to get us going and have a great chance at some great stuff.

Not trying to take sites but where can you detect in florida that is not at the beach? I am not a fan of the beach and digging garbage for 5 hours a day isn't fun like dirt detecting. Just curious as I am in South Florida and can only detect the beach which has easy 15 people out swinging the same stretch daily.

I have visited the USA many times over the last 60 years or so. Always amazed at how Americans in general, have no sense of time or history. I imagine that is because the states are such a new land. My little house for instance, was built a 150 years before the Americas were even settled. We had friends over from Canada a few years ago. Their minds were just blown. We thought it was very funny !
@johncurro88715 жыл бұрын
"no sense of time or history". Does the year 1776 come to mind? That's when we "colonist" declared independence from the condescending English tyrants. Additionally, we whipped your asses in two wars over 200 years ago.
@grengd5 жыл бұрын
@@johncurro8871 That is my point exactly. 1776 was only yesterday, relatively speaking. No sense of time and history. Ps So glad we left that colony. What a Shithouse you lot turned it into !
@johncurro88715 жыл бұрын
A weak retort as anticipated, you didn't leave the colony, your pathetic asses were kicked out which resulted in America becoming the finest land in the free world. Additionally, this "shithouse lot" saved your limeys twice in the last 100 years. ww1, ww2

Wonderful memorabilia. It is a good tribute to a time when we came down here to hunt runaway slaves and kill many types of native clans that had to band together as Seminole to fight us and avoid being sent off to a reservation. A reminder of how selfish we can be.

Awsome , I watch every time you post a new video , I really enjoy them . keep them coming , thanks for sharing them ,and HH . Check out my channel , I found what some one said it was a musket ball . But it's about the size of a 31calibur bullet , I posted it as a musket ball for a pistol . But I really think it's. part of a Buck and ball , which I found about a mile from a fort on the beach . It is lead , you can see it under the corrosion . Justa Swinging ,
