I had my first diverticulitis infection back in 2020, it took 4 months of antibiotics to finally resolve. Since then I have crazy constipation and IBS which I hear is common post infection. I started taking ACV gummies and I have found improvement, I take one gummy daily before supper as that is the bigger meal, I increase if needed like you do.

what another great use of ACV... I used to take a shot of it when I had one too many glasses of wine, and I swear it would bring me my energy back....I'm happy that this is what worked for you. Looking so pretty here, and love your nail polish. have a great weekend!🥰

Thank you so much!!! As corny as it sounds, it really did change my life! lol I was so scared I was going to have to have surgery and after my ordeal with my spine surgeries, I’m so traumatized I’m not sure how I’m ever going to deal with needing the hospital for ANY thing again! 😬 I have a tumor in my hip (they said it would eventually make me need a hip replacement…. I said NOPE, I’ll wrap duct tape around my hips and carry on!!! 🤭

Your body is dehydrated for not drinking water. I have had diverticulitis for thirty years. I also have IBSC diagnosed early on and was given a prescription for that which helps. But you must drink water that’s the problem or some form of fluid whether it be unsweetened tea or sugar-free Gatorade anything that has water added to it. You just gotta have more fluid if you don’t want to drink just water by itself.

Heyyy Jada! I’m sorry to hear you’re having so much trouble with your diverticulitis! I totally understand because the year leading up to me finding the ACV I couldn’t get out of an attack either….i was living on antibiotics! Have you tried doing the ACV at all? The gummies are the easiest in my opinion! I hope you can get to the bottom of it….SOON!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Im glad you found something that works! I have diverticulitis and my colon ruptured, I almost died. Now I have an ileostomy and a colon stoma. Please be careful! Ive seen these before and considered trying them, I think I will give them a try for overall health I love ACV for so many things! I use it for a starter to make fermented vegetables. Since you dont like liquids what about hydrating food like melons and cucumber etc

Oh no Connie, I wonder if you have an ulcer? Have you ever had to do the antibiotics for your diverticulitis?
@PatrickBaldwin813 ай бұрын
I always get constipated first before an attack! That’s how I know it’s coming. This last flare up came several days after the constipation and I took my guard down and boom. Diverticulitis.
@MsDreamcakes3 ай бұрын
Yep! That’s exactly how mine would happen too! I get those gummies off Amazon so I hope you get you some to start and see if they will help you too! They keep me from getting constipated basically, and if I do happen to eat something that makes my guts slow down….bread is the worst! I’ll take more. I started back on my low carb/Mediterranean diet about 3 weeks ago (I’m already down 18 pounds yayy lol) but I have been doing 3 gummies per day because this diet slows my guts down even further but it’s going great! My guts had always been a pain in the butt ..literally lol but ever since I’ve been doing the ACV I feel like I’m finally in control of them! I think you can manage yours with it too!

@@MsDreamcakes I did keto and I thought the higher fat diet was causing me some trouble so I stopped. I’m down 30 lbs, straight exercise and better food choices. I’m so hopeful the ACV doesn’t the trick. I’m will to eat very simply if I have to. Thanks again for posting your videos.

@MsDreamcakes4 ай бұрын
I’m sorry to hear that! I’m not a doctor but I just know it’s changed my life for the better! I wouldn’t suggest drinking the ACV but I would suggest doing the gummies! Do you stick to low FODMAP?
@MsDreamcakes18 күн бұрын
I don’t…..or I don’t think I do I’ve never looked it up. I have to avoid very much bread and peanut butter, those two things will clog me UPPP! I can eat everything I want if I’m not dieting but recently I started back on my low carb diet and ate popcorn one time and some granola that was very nut heavy and threw myself into a horrible attack. So basically the rules for diverticulitis don’t apply to me. 😵💫
@bondgirl3018 күн бұрын
I’m trying to figure out my triggers now. Writing everything down. Thanks for your input. My last attack was brutal and the worst one. Fever, diarrhea, horrible pain. I’m doing the low res diet now and slowly getting back into high fiber. We’ll see !! Afraid to eat anything!
@MsDreamcakes18 күн бұрын
I’ve found that if I eat too much fiber it makes me constipated which if I don’t get on top of it pretty quick will throw me into an attack. Thats what I meant about the rules not working for me. Everyone will tell you to eat lots of fiber…..that doesn’t work for me. 🤷🏼♀️

My wife has had diverticulitis attack every 4 to 5 months for the last two years before that she had an attack every three years so it’s getting worse another round of antibiotics but no hospitalization. When we called her Doctor Who just five months ago said she had a minor issue with her pockets all of a sudden he said you’re having it so frequently why don’t you just get part of your colon removed. He said it just like that. I said well what are the rest he says well the risk of heart attack stroke and blood clots you’re in the hospital for five days and then off your feet for 2 to 3 months like he was talking about a tooth filling. Issue is my wife does everything right takes vitamins eats a great diet goes to the bathroom every day. So I don’t know what to do with this point I’m gonna try the apple cider vinegar and I know there’s other supplements made by pure encapsulations that people say works including DGL and some butyrate product does anyone know anything about that thanks
