I think they sacrificed the open space for many affordable units. I can't complain, It's a free country You pay what you get.

One of the bedrooms is like a kids room just enough . But also with these apartments you can choose the bigger 3 bedroom or the smaller one and the two bedrooms as well. There's a bigger one and a smaller one.However ,even the smaller one is not too small except for like the kids room or what should be a study room,the master bedroom is standard.Also for the kitchen you can find open kitchen plan. Instead of the closed one.
