Drove one of these in 1992. Borrowed it from the accountant at my first post-uni job. He swapped it for my lease car for a month while he moved house in my company wagon, which he borrowed. I had just graduated and I ragged the fluid out of that bimmer. Middle of town I bumped into the head of course. He was a really interesting gentleman Jim from Britain. Turns out he liked cars too. Boy was he excited. Mac-tastic.

cool build Nice short gears and solid power from the 2.8 Imyself have a E23 635 manual, but the gearing si a bit too long so teh acceleration is too slow for my liking even tho it makes 240hp, but gearing is a major player despite "only" 1430kg weight Would be more awsome if it was a M88 24valve engine , but the 2 valve original M30 engine is a robust unit Didt have M635 money, would love that M88/# 24V 286hp engine tho For me it will come down to eighter full NA high compression build pushing 300hp or turbocharging up to 500hp if i ever decide to go YOLO and throw a chunk of moeny in teh engine bay. Motor swaps can be done here, because paperwork cant be done here, Europe sucks XD
