Blizzard has just dropped a Terms of Sale update that includes Binding Arbitration. Is it legal or would it also be affected similarly?

Uber should secretly deal with union boss, the United Steelworkers. those unionized employee drivers pay union due, and the USW union will protect Uber being sue to the Court.
