In my honest opinon, non Chelsea supporter. Chelsea played a really good game today. First half is honestly a joke that its 2-0. I think Chelsea is the better side and 0-0 or maybe 0-1 would be more fair. The second half is ALL Chelsea and you absolutely destroy Villa in all metrics possible. Ref robbed you on this one and also pure unluck. Keep your head up this performance is honestly the best you can ask for...

Good to see an unbiased opinion, Younes describing the first half as abysmal is typical modern Chelsea fan, unable to see the game objectively. It was exactly the same when Potter got sacked, Chelsea murdered Villa that night but conceded two breakaway goals but Chelsea fans thought it was the worst thing in the world and demanded Potter be sacked despite having won 3 and drawn 1 of the last 5 games and being in the quarter finals of the Champions League. We saw what happened next, the owners bring in Lampard and Chelsea lose nearly every game till the end of the season badly affecting the whole mentality of the club and fans and that has hung over to this season.

He’s football IQ is horrendous. You never see an assist from him, or clever link up, his crosses are terrible and his shooting is really poor (as clearly evidenced today). But the worst thing about him: his lack of defending. He essentially subtracts a player from the team. Is so frustrating seeing him not following up when he losses the ball. Thats the thing, we had almost 75 of the ball but we barely created chances. Villa needed only 3 touches to get the goals. We had the ball mostly on midfield doing looong passes that ended on nothing besides of the one that was disallowed and the jackson's header.

Yones if that was a foul then Reece James should have had a foul when Doku shoved him into Caicedo instead they rewarded City a pen for a "foul" on Haaland by Cucu. if that was a foul then Newcastle shouldn't have had that goal against Arsenal. we are asking for consistency. those 2 examples were worse then what Badiashile did to Carlo. the player didn't even complain (that is how you know it isn't a foul).

Poch and Chelsea deserved that win , because this was the first game Chelsea turned the second half around. Caicedo and Cucurela really played well today despite the early errors in the first half.However, the left wing was dead in the second half.Mudryk wasn't getting any ball perhaps making him a little frustrated. Cicurela plays as a mid yet we have Casedei,absolutely insane.Palmer was also selfish today

This is the first fair assessment of the game from a Chelsea fan I've heard so far..fairplay mate..I keep seeing Chelsea fans saying they were robbed by VAR ..the first one was clearly offside and the second disallowed goal was a push in carlos..VAR actually did its job..is VAR inconsistent..? I will be honest it's the first time this season I've seen some tactical changes, and the team playing well after HT. Poch got Cuccrella to come into midfield and it completely changed the game. This is the type of stuff he was doing in preseason and we looked really good! I just don't understand why he wasn't making tactical tweaks like this earlier in the season. I don’t think the season is over, I feel like we still have a chance for europa or as a minimum 7th. We played good second half. We need to take in to account this 4th place villa who have been quite amazing. Considering that Man Utd and Newcastle have to play each other, Man Utd have crystal palace away, arsenal, Brighton away. I’m sure they’ll drop points.

Seven observations made in today's game 1. The whole team is too wasteful 2.Noni always played for himself instead of the team, there was instants when he could have squared the ball to his mate to score, but he didn't 3. There were instants when Mudryk was free to receive the ball, but his mate refused to pass it to him. This happened on so many occasions, and MP must do something about it. 5.Mudryk, what a waste. He can't add anything to attack and defence. 6. Now we can all say Ezo was the reason Caicedo was struggling. 7.there was a statical swith from MP, which was brilliant, that's Cucurella adding more bite to the midfield when we were playing from the back

This season whenever Chelsea has actually played well, majority times Younes blames the oppositon team for "throwing away the game" and not being good enough instead of giving Poch and the players their flowers. Yesterday, we were the better team. We had more control, more attempts, more goals disallowed and we played a team competing for UCL on their home turf, the same team who defeated Arsenal not long ago. I have been saying this, Poch is not at fault here. You can give any manager this young injury-stricken squad and the outcome will be the same. On top of that, are we going to ignore how unlucky have we been? Hitting the post, getting goals disallowed marginally, and being victims of poor referring decisions? The solution is not to sack Poch and bring some new manager. The solution is to send the young underperforming players on loan and replace them with players who have pedigree and experience at the top level.

Suppose the same action but an Aston Villa player pushed a Chelsea player in the same way to defend the ball, that would have never been given as a penalty. Everyone would have said good defending. The Aston Villa player well bodied the Chelsea player. Even if the Chelsea player would fall down, everyone would say that's too soft for a penalty. Bloody double standards. Ytf I thought you would speak about the inconsistencies in refereeing decisions in the EPL this season. If you remember Arsenal vrs Newcastle earlier in the season. The Newcastle player pushed down the Arsenal player to climb over him and score. The var stuck with the on field decision and said there wasn't enough in it to disallow the goal. Why disallow this one then? There's bn several of such instances this season alone. Refereeing is getting worse in epl lately.....

The debate is not if it was a foul or not. Arsenal commited a foul and procedeed to score on chelsea, no var revision. Why because the foul wasnt commited by the goal scorer. Poch needed to get into Europe for this season and, what is being demonstrated time and time again is something similar with what was happening at PSG through his tactics that have players all over the shop not knowing what they are actually doing.
