Young and Widowed: After One Year

I'm opening up about my journey after the loss of my partner of 12 years. I know I'm sharing a lot at once, but I thinks it's time to start sharing. If you're also navigating the complexities of grief, or simply want to understand, you're not alone. It's been over a year, and there's so much I want to share, even though it feels like there are gaps in my story. This isn't about having all the answers-it's about the weight of loss, the ache of absence, and the journey to find meaning/purpose.
