this film is one of the best 50s films / just loved living through this era...everything did seem magical to me as a child ...glorydays so good //

I was born a little too late, in 1963. I always thought the 50s was magical looking back at it through movies and television.

"Fairy tales can come true, it can happen to you, if your young at heart..." Such a wonderful opening credit. Frank's voice is incomparable. This is a Technicolor gem of a movie.

Thank you for uploading it all. Introduced my daughter in law to this movie 2 yrs ago. These kind of movies are timeless. The style of the 1950s is endearing. Love the happy ending.

I have loved Doris Day ever since I was a teen...about 14, or sooner. I saw everyone of her movies eventually and loved the 5 years the Doris Day Show ran (1968-1973)...she was offered another 5 yr. renewal but semi retired after working non stop all her life. Look up the 2 Doris Day TV Specials in the 1970's (one with Perry Como....great!)

I was born in 1985 and even I have watched lots of Doris's films! Doris was such a crystal clean actress, she shined bright from the inside and outside. She gave the 50s a very beautiful rep!

This is a remake of the silver screen classic film, "Four Daughters." Love is everlasting, PERIOD!!! The women and men's fashions...very elegant and classy!!! And, you did not have to be wealthy these beautiful clothes at all. I myself was born in the year 1953. My family and close relatives used to wear these clothes. Sharp as a razor...just BEAUTIFUL!!! Look at the everyday fashions today. Back then, you were considered an absolute slob. My mother used to wear those gorgeous, even casual outfits, exactly like the ones you see in the movie. Perhaps one day, these fashions will return.
