A great interview, I'm 30 now, I grew up during the G-unit/Shady/Aftermath era, which in my opinion is the greatest era & the last great era in hip hop, been a fan of Young Buck since 03, crazy to think that was 19 years ago now! It's sad that it all kind of fell apart when we lost Proof in 06 but man what a great childhood I had with all these talented MC's & Buck was ofcourse a massive part of that!

@redrepublic55572 жыл бұрын
I agree. The fact that this dude has been able to switch his style up and his adaptability to how trap music evolved over the years proves this man to be one of the best in the business. The dude is straight hype music and no one else comes close to replicating it. Moneybagg was on that level but I feel like he took the pop route which is kinda sad, being a big fan of All Gas No Breaks, E.L.O., Federal 2 and everything in between. Fredo Bang another one on my list with how versatile his style is.
@veemajor17212 жыл бұрын
I remember listening to those GUnit albums debating who had the best verse on each song & Buck would always win then he dropped his own album and it lived up to the hype ..he always had the conviction , cadence and bars ..it seemed like he was really on his way and could’ve been so much more had the business and politics been ideal. We wanted him to win and still do 👏🏿

I wish they would have been able to stay together but I can respect them as men going there separate ways I just wish there was more commercial push for the music that Buck has been putting out. Thank you sooooo much for giving buck this platform. I have always always loved this young brother, I don't use the n word, he is a brother to me. I have 3 daughters and I have had to school then on choosing their friends wisely and watch out for the pettiness and backstabbing jealousy and it's sad to see how these young talented brothers will lay down their life and reputation to rock with Bitch dudes, that's disguised as true brothers thar will look you in your face and call you a brother and you believe them. Old Buck you stay up, you Stay BLESSED, you've had to learn these streets twice and it only made you smarter and wiser. I don't need to say no names because he's not even worth it but that sad MF missed alot of what he needed as a child in order to teach him how to be a happy and decent individual. The only people that laugh with him are people that are just like him, afraid of him, and/or want something from him. He has no real love in his life and if he didn't have a dime or the fame, NOBODY WOULD GIVE HIM THE TIME OF DAY. He's sad and miserable and ALL OF SOCIAL MEDIA KNOWS IT. What real grown businessman has this kind of time on his hands to do what he does. You know that he needed you in the beginning to help make him relevant so you can always keep a smile on your face. The way he has spoken on you just shows how he play his cards he will cut throat anybody. NO LOVE NO LOYALTY.
