One of the problems of having a smart child, and teaching him a lot!! The "Young Bull" starts testing his limits EARL!! NOW is THE most important time for the "OLD" bull! (that would be YOU) YOU must help him expand those limits (within reason) encourage him, and still keep him safe! I think you are doing great Chad!! I remember when I was in this position with my son. I still relive those precious days (bout 45 years ago, or more) and see today, that I did right back then. I am sure you know that Adler WILL keep you on your toes and you will have to up your game to stay ahead of him. Enjoy it!! It is wonderful!! And THE most important thing you can share with him. I am lovin it from here. You have a really wonderful thing with your boys!! I'd say "bless you" but, you are VERY blessed with these boys and all those around you..

Adler hanging out with you helping with the animals is some of the best education he can get. All kids need to spend more time outside. Fresh air, sunshine and animals. I grew up in the country and we were inside from morning til night from an early age such as Adler. Winter was filled with snowballs and sledding. What kid doesn't get a boogers nose in Winter lol. My daughter still loves being outside as does my grandson. Adler is the funniest kid lol

That hay ring is Tarters heavy duty bale feeder, they have a galvanized one that is lighter duty. When I worked for Tractor Supply whoever was buying the bale feeder always bought the red heavy duty because the cattle would just tear up the galvanized one.

What an independent 2 year old! Adler has to do things for himself, which is good, but not always safe. "No way Dad, I want to keep them in there".
