สูตรเค้ก 2 ปอนด์ค่ะ ในคลิปใช้ 1 ปอนด์ 2 อัน SP เป็นสารเสริม เป็น emulsifier หรือตัวประสานให้ไขมันกับของเหลวเข้ากันได้ดีโดยไม่แยกตัว เวลาตีผสมเค้กจะง่ายและเร็วขึ้นค่ะ
