It would require another Constitutional Convention - which presents the same problems we currently have, with smaller population rural states being overrepresented, or a full scale breakup of the republic. IOW - a civil war.

@@paulkern7229read history, listen to historians and political experts. Third party candidates haven’t won a SINGLE state in a Presidential election in 60 years. And even before that it only happened once by a third party candidate that won southern red states that wanted to bring back segregation and Jim Crow laws. The only thing that protests votes have done was leave us with Nixon instead of Humphrey (then the Vietnam war got worse and college students began to protest drafts…. nonsense since they should have voted against Nixon in the first place), left us with trump instead of Hillary. It’s essentially what happened in the 2000 election that left us with Bush, the Supreme Court stopped the recount in florida and tossed out 8 out of 10 black votes, florida was won by 537 votes. In every single one of those cases the country turned for the worst and not just in domestic policy but in international policy as well. If you want third party, try it out on a house,senate, local election,etc. Only a BOT will tell you to WASTE YOUR VOTE in a 3rd party candidate in order to make you believe there is a grassroots movement for RFK and hoping that it will scratch off votes from Biden. RFKjr is funded by some of the same mega donors that funded trump (it’s public record FYI) like Timothy Mellon ($5 million in the last 9 months for both trump and RFKjr).

Laws need to be changed on the issue of automatically becoming an American Citizen if born in America. If your parents are not legal American Citizens then the child should not be a legal citizen either. Because not all Latinos worry about immigration. Most don’t have illegal family members so it’s a non-starter. And their concerns are similar to any other person. The economy, inflation, abortion. Inflation is up across the world, thankfully we are facing the least of it due to Sleepy Joe's inflation reduction act. He has a border bill that's been sitting on Mike Johnson's desk for a while now, but no action taken because of interference by the last president. Then there is the massive infrastructure bill which is repairing roads & bridges across the nation, also ensuring people have access to broadband internet. We can also add the labor reforms occurring under SJ's administration, leading to workers having more power in their workplaces. I also agree it is about time for change, and I am glad we have a president who is committed to actually ushering it in through infrastructure and labor.
