Of all the team members throughout the years, Tina was by far the most talented. She has an amazing voice.

Yes it’s true she is vocally talented, but Karen Knowles and Debra Byrne were also stand outs. Some team members had more charisma on camera than Tina which is also an appealing trait in a performer. Jane scali was one that had charisma that connected her to the audience at home, that and being able to belt out a tune, made her a very popular performer. Jamie Redfern was the other team member who had a great deal of talent.

I used to think Tina Arena was so daggy when I was younger. But as I've grown up I've grown to really appreciate her voice. Definitely on par with Olivia, if not better. Cant stand Olivias vibrato.

Generally, the rule was 16 ... yes. However, they bent the rules sometimes. Bobby Driessen went on for a bit longer. The oldest person in the Team was Vince Deltito. He was still part of the show at the age of 18, although by that stage he was part of The New Generation. He never had a final show.

vince did a lot of guest apperances untill next generation but between the end of his ytt career and start of next generation he was not a young talent team member officially
