I’m pretty sure this is the case and this is also what the police is investigating. The sheriff was so careful with his words, and I think the reason is they don’t want to jeopardize the investigation by telling too much too early. As he didn’t tell what the injuries were, maybe the story parents told and the autopsy results don’t match or there were former untreated injuries and they need to be careful not to tell it out loud, leaving the suspects believing they sold the story. I hope to see in the future what was happening on the background with gathering the evidence, though. I really hope the investigators are handling this case with the most diligence and gather solid evidence against them. This absolutely mind-blowing to think that someone could leave their unconcious child without medical care. I’m more careful with my dog’s health issues than these parents.

I spent more than 100 days living in the hospital with him, did everything I could for four years as he had a bone marrow transplant and battled GvHD (graft vs. host disease) before passing away. I didn’t care about anything other than getting him well, or once he had to go on hospice care, work continuously with the hospice team to make sure he had the best life he could until I lost him. I cannot fathom being so afraid or indifferent as to not take my suffering child to the hospital. Poor child. She deserved better. This is sickening, no excuses will suffice. I will never be able to understand why parents neglect their children. What were they afraid of? Not providing access to healthcare to a child is abuse as well. It seems like parental abuse is constantly on the news. As far as the go fund me the aunt started, I would feel more comfortable donating directly to the funeral home. I feel awful for Miranda, laying on a pallet for 4 days, that's unimaginable. I hope she's at peace 🕊️

So, no one is saying what happened to this kid for her to be unconscious for four days? Do the parents not know or are they the ones who caused her to be unconscious? If my kid passed out, and didn’t regain consciousness after 10 mins, I’d be rushing her to the ER. She obviously suffered some kind of brain/head trauma. I’m so sick of how parents raise their kids today. Most responsibilities are pushed on someone else. They barely spend time with their kids, let alone take care of their needs. Kids today are raising themselves. Today’s Mom and Dad only have time for themselves. It’s a “Me” society. I work in education and see it everyday.

Fr. Even if my kid doesnt look sick, the moment any of them do NOT want to wake up or move- thats it. Im calling 911. Im not a doctor and that is out of my hands. They must have hit her so hard or idk SOMETHING.

What?..not charged with injury? Wake up!..why do you think these parents DIDN'T seek medical help??????!! Is due to guilt alone! Wake up. Damn people..wtf!!🔴 BECAUSE when a child "out of nowhere" becomes unable to move EVERYONE would seek help. Obviously this was abuse. Hellooooo??!?!?!???!??!??!??!!

Poor baby girl. As a cheer coach my heart goes out to her little teammates and coaches. I can’t imagine losing one of my kids and what that would do to everyone. 💔
@Boyhead19733 ай бұрын
I find it off-putting that you guys are describing the death of this child by highlighting that she was a 'cheerleader'... as if that was her occupation!
@Gimpygladiator3 ай бұрын
Not defending them, but saying "cheerleader" creates an image of a happy, thriving, active kid who was likely athletic and popular. It sets her apart, makes her identifiable, relatable, giving people a mental image beyond "6th grader" and more "kid who liked rollercoasters" (for example - not that I know if she actually liked coasters)... when tragedy hits, the focus tends to be on perpetrators, so creating a mental image of an active, social child makes it all the more heartbreaking.

Guarantee that CPS has been involved on and off for years. They didn't take her to the Dr because they would've been reported. The cop saying lets not talk about injuries but that they didn't take her to get medical care.
