I must be high on something when I posted this comment hehhee, I must say there global head, someone fr London had given a task to put on Ppt regarding steps to be taken for customer service, for new store launch and all and I hv made that ppt and explained it, but at the end he was HOW CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED 😆😆,, at last I dint got any response but after that I chechked up wt one of my friend reagrding work culture so he simly said that u hv saved ur ass as thy want everyone who is in opeartions to open pants and ask customer ke तोहफा kabool karo types 😋

Generally an excellent quality pair of a spectatle cost u less than 700 Rs ......but they charge huge to escalate their brand value.......in Hyderabad u go to Abids......u will get an excellent pair at a very cheaer rate

I have bought an Air frame with lens from lenskart recently. It arrived with alignment issue and hair line scratches in one of the glasses. To enquire about this I asked them to call me they refused to call me. Instead they gave a number to call. The fact is that they were calling me numerous time before the purchase. I didn't want them to call that time. They did it by their own will. When I needed assistance with the issue they refused to call me. Not just one person but multiple person who came one after another. It was very frustrating for me. The glass came with a soft case which is not ok for me. I saw hard cases on KZbin. I needed the glass urgently So ai didn't send it back. If I was not in an emergency I would have get refund from them for sure. No exchange was ok for me. Never trust anyone. I learned a lesson.

Quality of stores and products is deteriorating now Way to high price for frames and lenses that too for such a fragile product. He might have given good quality stuff in the beginning but it's different Story now. All the store team is interested in upselling of something which is no use.
