"Youngin" Reacts to Dominique Wilkins Highlights

Nique was a beast. They're showing a lot of dunks from him, but he was all around a great scorer including midrange shots and some 3s. If you watch some of his games or highlights, you'll see he was very versatile as a scorer - not just dunks. The Hawks were a good team but the thing is that period was so talent-rich that the competition was fierce. Magic and Larry had 5 and 3 rings respectively and those two were the superstars of the 80s. Here's a brief list of some of Dominque's competition: Jordan, Dr J, Magic, James Worthy, Kareem, Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, Charles Barkley, Moses Malone, Isaiah Thomas, and Hakeem Olajuwon.

I watched him live many times in the Omni. He could leap out of the gym, but what made him deadly was quickness. You put a hand and him anywhere and he spins and is gone.

He was such an explosive dunker, I don’t think any one had more put back dunks

Remember the guys who he is dunking is 7ft and up! Both he and Jordan was dunking on 7footers! And the entire front line was 6’10 and up. It ain’t no 7 no more! That what made them the greatest
