For one thing, how about T'challa actually using those stealth shoes, to investigate Killmongers movements within Wakandan borders. Killmonger having used the capture (as opposed to the killing) of Klaue. Klaue naturally having made a deal with Killmonger to get at the vibranium. The betrayal of Klaue would happen in front of T'challa, and the other Wakandans, inside their own borders. Killmonger could still blame T'challa for the lapse in judgement to gain control, and we can still see T'challa grapple with his Father's mistakes and the pressures of leadership, to pick himself up and move forward as a character. That's such garbage. If Superman was created during the time he was created, in the country and state he was raised in...his experience would CERTAINLY be different being black. Because, as you said, they don't know shit about them. Nobody reads or has at least a little form of decency to read about comics. Or at the VERE LEAST to do some research about other multiverses in comics and other characters. I do this as well, i don't read a shit ton about comics, but at least i have the decency to know more than only what's put on screen. Fans nowadays (and companies like WB) don't know shit other than what's put on screen. They want a black Kal-El, but they use Kent and blackwash him. Why not use CALVIN ELLIS for it? The dude is exactly what they are looking for. And he is, at least in my opinion, an amazing and very interesting character on his own. I would love to see him in a movie or series. It would make a cool story. Of course, you could argue that he is not as cool or interesting as Kent Superman, but let's be honest, you could say that about a lot of other heroes of any color you want. I think it was a problem of a character being bought out and no one knew what to do with him, and certainly no editor wanted him to be better than the already established homegrown ones. Which is stupid because you give Static a little "prove yourself" arc, give him his welcome into the team, and there you go, give him his own series too maybe.

Same, I've never cared if the protagonist is male, female, black, white and everything in-between. It could be an alien or an android whatever..... The only things that matter are well written characters within great stories. This POC and white narrative exists solely to drive us apart . This woke anti racist agenda is creating hate and racism like I've never seen in my lifetime. Another decade or so when the elderly have moved on racism would have been dead but that won't do so they have to install that hatred into new generations because unfortunately many people don't look at the big picture. They are told that the other side hates them so people do what they've always done when they're scared..... They close ranks and reflect it back. Man, I can't wait to retire to a quiet little island somewhere away from the crazies. ✌️😀

@@Ragmesesis It's all about identity politics nowadays, a great character is a great character, people forget that. A characters identity does play a part of course, any fleshed out character will be a certain gender or race or nationality ect, which doesn't necessarily define who they are but becomes part of the character itself. Which is why people identify the characters as such (which is perfectly normal thing to do). Which is why swapping characters identity is met with resistance, it's not racism or sexism ect, your fucking with a set character. Add the annoyance that it's only one way, those that demand such changes only want it one way, ie Male to Female or White to Black, it unsurprisingly pisses people off. (The outrage of "white washing" characters while also wanting to "black wash" characters, the double standards are amazing)
