Make sure to bench sand the Turbo Flange and exhaust flange wen ur all done welding to flatten out the exhuast manifold flange nd etc to insure they r all flush and seal properly

My my temp gauge pegs to hot right away but im not overheating does it mean bad sending unit sensor or bad plug ?

YoungStatic yea cluster itself was the issue :/ did some tests and nothing so I threw in my homies old cluster and my temp was reading👌🏼 should’ve figured cause my fuel gauge has been off by like 2 , 3 lines since I’ve bought the car

Im sure you have lived and learned by the time I make this reply but even if you have gaps you can easily fill a 1/8" gap with a well laid bead. Also after each weld, grind the inside to reduce any turbulence that will cause reduced flow impacting efficiency.

A tune is very important if you want longevity. Fuel pump and injectors to give it the fuel it needs when ramping up in the rpm.

Edit: I have an upgraded fuel pump that was used on a civic that had 800hp but my friend only ran it it 2 times, and there's no one who does street tunes in vegas thats why I'm askin if I can turbo without street tune
