These are great tips. I think it is so easy for designers to get caught up in the design and miss the important aspects of administration. These administrative details are so important. They are what will keep a great freelancer in business.

Thank you! I love the idea to automate client off-boarding! I've been working on setting up a members area on my site for that for a while now and there's so much to put in place! But it's FUN! Also, thanks for the tip about Streak. I had not heard of that. I use Fastmail instead of Google so will look for a similar tool. I admire that you have got all of this done already!

You should definitely set up a members area for your clients! It can be as simple as a page on your website. Are you inside my course, Organise & Automate? If so, there's a lesson in there that shows you how to create your members area!
