Shani (makara)rules my ascendent moon is also there, shani sitting in 2nd bhav uttarashada 3rd (kumbha shatabish 4th) .Constricted voice,fear of speaking out lasted up til 50th years. I am the black sheep in my family because of spiritual outlook and not being able to want to be near the family, they critizise and behave rudely. But i have faith that all this is due to karma.

Pushya Lagna, with my Lagna Lord in the 7th House in Shravana, as moon is the Nakshatra Lord. Saturn is 7th Lord and Atmakaraka in Jyeshta-Lord Mercury in 9th with my Venus Darakaraka, and Jupiter In Pisces. Mars is also in the 11th. So, in my Rasi chart my Ascendant Lord is Merc, which is in Pisces in the 10th house along with the Sun and Venus, - the last one is also my Atmakarak (28 degree) (and Vargottama), but Retro. My Ascendant Lord Nakshatra (and also my Venus`s) is REVATI. I have no planets in the opposite (4th) house, which is in Virgo. And my Ascendant Lord goes into my 8th house, where my Jupiter is (in Shravana), along with the Moon (in Dhanishtha). My 9th house Lord is Saturn (Retro), which is in the 6th house in Scorpio. So, my 6th house rules over my 8th and 9th houses. And I also have Rahu in the 11th house is Aries, along with Mars, - the latter has a connection with my Moon Nakshatra DHANISHTHA. So, my 6th house Ruler is in the 11th house. :) - And, how do I put it together? I need to fullfil my life purpose being seen and recognised at work? But I cannot have a proper carreer, no good relationships with men until I make myself healthier/ more magical :))) and start helping other people to solve their problems, right? And Rahu and Mars can help me somehow with this main purpose with Saturn in Scorpio? - how exactly, I wonder?
