The intresting thing is that we have to rationalize in someway in the modern day to in away upgrade ourselves untill it becomes unconscious again. We all have natural attractive qualities ,but we do have to learn how to self master them to appoint its on autopilate and the only way to do that is by practice .practice lets go of fear which stops a person from being their full self . And even sometimes those awakward moments can be attractive to some people .its really hard to say wats attractive to another person. One time this girl smiled at me she had braces and thought it was so attractive ,but from her perspective she thought nothing of it . Another time i was riding my skateboard and ended up having casual talk with this girl she randomly took my skateboard and road it and i thought it was highly attractive . Because that’s definitely not your content. I wouldn’t sell out on your main market, just broaden a bit with a different style externally. Many people will watch and enjoy the practical content, the diehard fans will appreciate the esoteric knowledge Perfect the initial external market, when that happens going back to work on the inner content of the channel. My theory is from the biochemical aspect it takes 72 days for sperm to mature which explains why the benefits are seen around the 90 days mark.. your body signals through pheromones and chemical signalling that you sperm is ready and a woman (especially in her mid cycle) will be driven very aggressively and sexually as her chances of getting pregnant is highest .

Its just pinpoint that without frequent ejaculation accumulation of carcinogenic material occurs in the prostate. I don't believe in that for two reasons There is no stagnation in the sense that the sperms are released automatically through wet dreams (nocturnal emissions) or get reabsorbed naturally in cycles. I am yet to find someone who had negative experiences or effects from SR . Its the opposite extreme benifits on all biochemical aspects.
