I had an anxiety attack 2 weeks ago when i visted Phi Phi Islands in Thailand with my family. It wasnt rainy that day, but the boat that we were on was a bit small and there were other passengers visting. I felt fine at first, but half way through the visit (it was up to 6 hours), i started getting more anxious. Because the sea kept the boat rocking, the driver went quite fast (making it more rocky), and when we were moving from one boat back to the original small boat we were in, it kept drifting apart and I was afraid that i might accidentally clamp my leg or fall into the water (i can swim but i haven't swam in 7 years). Then when we arrived on an island where we ate lunch, i started to develop an anxiety attack. It kept coming and going. Then after we ate lunch and wanted to look around, i had another anxiety attack and asked my dad to go somewhere quiet. He then got irritated, told me that "everyone is going to look at me stupid", and gave me to my mum (who didnt help at all, bc she was irritated too and kept asking me in an aggressive manner as to why im anxiety attack) I did calm down when we went back on the boat. But when we visted another island, my mum wanted to take a picture of me and my dad tried standing next to me for the picture. As if nothing happened (I did move away bc i was so mad that he acted like that). Now im listening to this 2 weeks later, and it was the most comforting audio i listed. But also made me realise, that although this audio is fiction/ roleplay, it comforted me more than my own parents yet also made me wish that i received this level of comfort in real life when i went on that trip
