F shape(triad) lives inside the E shape. D shape(triad) lives inside the C shape. A shape(triad) lives inside the G shape. Figuring that out helped me seeing the fretboard much better. Great lesson, Guthrie! Thank you!

All good here. No complaints from me. Mel Bay taught these inversions in his books back in the 60s. Still have my textbooks. As valid now as ever, whether you call them inversions or caged shapes. Guthrie, you're the Best!
