Loved the video, Gursahib. One thing I think you forgot to mention to improve chances for study permit approval is to go to provinces with lesser competition since the number of permits are also capped by province capacity.

So there is quota in province too. How will they decide whom to give the attestation letter to. Won't they have to decide between an under grad in waterloo pursuing bachelors or someone who is going to a diploma mill doing general studies?
