i'm going to need to watch this one several times, if not numerous, so that giving Him access becomes automatic. i could sit here and type a whole book about how i've all-ways allowed my emotions to control and hinder and dictate and even, i think, block out chunks of my life and affect memory....i could go on and on. what's sad is that it's been like that for me at least 45 of my 48 years. i REALLY hopped into the comments though to thank you for explaining HOW to allow Abba access instead of just saying 'you need to do this' or 'you have to stop doing that'. He began the healing process of this heart around 4 or so years ago and i for real thought we were almost finished 🥴
